The place itself is packed with lots of great sportswear. However, the only downsides are that the items are a bit expensive and the workers are too busy to answer calls.

Personally I've never had a problem with sports direct, but returning items can be difficult, but you have to bear in mind that a lot of this is already end of line stuff.
Avoid buying football goalie gloves, they're often broken.
The place has a nice range of cheap brands to expensive brands, all of which is discounted.

Calling all day!!!  no answer!!  wouldn't even give one star! All I want to do it check if they have something in stock instead of waisting my time!

Amazing sportswear has a lot of variety going from shoes to even boxes of chocolate only downside a bit pricey and the workers sometimes ignore you and aren't very happy most of time
