We came here after being recommended by a friend who had come here to have her shoes fitted since she was a child. Staff were very friendly both times we have been in despite it being very busy the second time. They clearly know what they are doing and were in no way pushy, even saying that we could go to Clark's as they didn't have the desired shoe in stock! Needless to say we would prefer to support an independant business like this and wait a few days for delivery. Great little shop!

Having a need for specialist supportive footware we again visited this shop with the expectation of being helped to find something that met our requirements. The staff were again unhelpful and verging on pretentious in their behaviour and attitude towards us and other customers. The shoes are all expensive and with that kind of price tag you expect a certain level customer service. We were left wanting and eventually left the shop with no intention of ever returning. I'd suggest the manager looks at the customer service afforded to patrons by ALL staff including the management as their attitude was rude and obnoxious. This was our 3rd and final visit to this store.

Absolutely terrible service today when the assistant tried to sell me shoes that were too big for my son. When I pointed this out to the assistant she stated 'I have been fitting shoes for 3 years so I know what I'm talking about' then stormed off in a huff to get another assistant to help us instead when my mother who was with me stated she's a chiropodist & has been for many years and the shoes clearly didn't fit! I have never been spoken to like this in a shop & certainly never had staff storm off in a teenage style strop! Manager was extremely apologetic but needless to say it has left a very sour taste in my mouth & will never go in there again.
