What a rip off they charge £5 for delivery and then u can’t return to store and then £5 to send back poor customer service
Excellent service from a fellow who tells me his name is NIKI. He has really tried hard, with success, to make sure that I find the right trainers. Eager to keep customers happy and purchasing. A credit to sports direct Borehamwod
I bought a pair of shoes from this store, but when my wife wore them, they started hurting her feet from the back. The shoes are neat and clean — we only realized the problem when she tried walking in them. When I went back to the store to request an exchange, they refused, saying the shoes had been used and therefore could not be returned.nnI explained that without wearing them, how can anyone know whether the shoes fit properly or cause discomfort? You only find out once you walk in them. The staff then told me to contact customer support, and said they would only exchange the shoes if customer support sent them an email.nnThis is poor service the counter staff already knew that customer support usually doesn’t take such cases seriously, yet they still sent me there instead of resolving the issue directly. Very disappointing experience.
Bought a faulty shoe that is making squeaky noise after 1 month of use and contacted customer service and they don’t want to replace it or refund the money
Having spent nearly £400 in store today, I got home to discover that a trio set of toiletries had an item missing. No one picked up the phone in store, so I drove all the way back on a point of principle, having felt cheated of a purchase. The item was replaced, but the store manager was unable to offer a token gesture of goodwill - ‘can’t do that’. Complete lack of vendor responsibility and values. Customer time and travel expense wasted, but not a bit of humility from Sports Direct Borehamwood - shame on you.
