Very bad coustmer service staff is not trained properly and its same from last 2 years me and my wife face problem when we go there to buys shoe for my kids and I am going to complain to head office about this bad coustmer serice..... We love the brand from years and product is high qulity and plz I think Clarks managers should look at this branch what they are doing.....

Great customer service. I find they always have items in stock unlike other branches I have been to. I always go back to this branch because the ladies there are so nice, helpful, 'switched on' and know what they are doing.
