Can find whatever you need easily in here. I regularly take people here. There's also a gaming section, where you can pay £15 a month for unlimited gaming, really good for some of the people I work with!
Service delivery was super exciting. The staff was polite, and they were patient even when payment could not go through the first time. However, there were promotions, like women legging, going for two to one—precisely £26. Compared to other products around the city, sport direct price is slightly higher. In terms of quality, I score their products 80%.
SportsDirect is one of my son's favorite shops. He believes that it has everything we need in one place, from shoes to sports equipment for popular sports such as football, golf, basketball, cycling, and more. There are often great deals on tracksuits and tops. However, when it comes to shoes and trainers, there could be a wider selection, especially for larger sizes for women. One issue I noticed is that customers need to actively seek out staff if they have a question or need assistance with purchasing shoes. It would be beneficial for the staff to be more visible and available in the main hall to attend to customers. Despite this, I still recommend visiting this shop as it offers a wide range of leisure items all in one place.
Staff were so helpful as pick up email with code was mysteriously disappeared from inbox and bin. After checking order confirmation and invoice, they assisted in getting another one sent through immediately. Credit to Sports Direct!
Bought a pair of football boots that were too small on one foot so wanted to get them exchanged. A staff member came back and said that the studs were scuffed and said I had worn them when I hadn’t and told him they must’ve been sold to me that way but he didn’t care. It’s been raining and freezing for the couple of days I’ve had them so you would’ve known if I had worn them!
