I went yesterday day to buy a shoe. There were fewer collections but I found one shoe a great fit for me. The staff was friendly and very patient. They tried their best to find me the best size as I told them I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis. The shoe is very comfy and soft though the price is a little bit high. However, It is alright.
Staff helpful but perhaps a bit thin on the ground. Not much stock and you have to buy shoes, if not in stock, to try them on, then reclaim your money if they don't fit.
Unaware of order-in-store policies. Impolite customer service.
Good shop just limited in my size 3 ladies which is annoying
Visited yesterday with my 16month old not knowing what size shoes to get or what to look for because he had started walking! We were welcomed by a lovely lady at the till who was very polite and even offered for someone to measure our sons feet after a short wait a young gentlemen Brendin came to speak to us and explained everything thoroughly. He measured our sons feet checked the stock online and instore for us with the end result in my son getting his first pair of Roamers. Amazing service, brilliant customer service and very welcoming. Thank you Brednin keep doing what your doing
Took my wee granddaughter for new shoes. The guy who attended to us was an absolute delight! Super safety conscious and put our mind right at ease about having her feet measured and shoes fitted. Lovely big airy space and clearly marked for social distancing. Such a friendly welcome and sanitiser readily available.
Staff did not even acknowledge us in shop we were the only two customers. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Apathetic behaviour never seen in Clarks shops ever. Ex customer aged 58.
Service when in the store was good, however failure to change the open hours online meant that when I went to pick up my order the shop was closed. It says 8pm online, but 5:30pm on side of the door. Furthermore, even when I turned up at 5:28pm the shop was already closed with no one in site. Was a little frustrating, especially since shoes were needed for work the next day.
