Just bought this shoes i been served in this broken box the lady in the till was very rude not paying attention towards us. And just wanna add one more thing i don’t know what’s wrong with the sports direct staff last time bought shoes and i was given two different shoes.
Not happy with how I was greeted at the till,the lady who was stood at the till waited till I got to her,then said hang on,walked to her colleague,waited for him to stop talking to another person and asked him to serve me, that lady,I need to go on my break! Then walked off leaving the guy to serve me,so very rude,no manners ,no smile,nothing but rudness!
Staff chatting about going out while people wait refusing to give a refund only a voucher or exchange when receipt provided. Shoes not true to size and lumpy sub standard more like a cheap market copies never again
Total con artist returned a pair of shoes cuz all the leather was falling apart and only wore them for like 10 mins was told there was no fault with them and they refused to give money back avoid this place total waste of money
Lots of help finding trainers I wanted.Floor staff couldn't have been better.
