ordered 2 jumpers for size returned 1 then 2nd 1 had fault now returned cost to me £2.99 both = £ 6.98 plus what i paid to receive item scandalous poor quality they will take post costs when return so more money would go into local shop but had a horrible experience in there with statistic staff i now go Primark , jumpers £10 brill love it hate bonmarche haverfordwest hope you close down awful shop and staff
My wife uses bonmarche regularly all ways have good service from friendly and very helpful staff. It is a great shame and lose to the high street that they are closing down. Good luck to the staff and hope they all find new work soon.
Used to do the best fitting jeans for us ladies of a certain age, however, all the jeans in this store were ridiculously stretchy, like tights, unflattering. To be fair many high Street stores are under the same impression that over 40s want stretchy jeans. No we don't.
nice and clean . all the items spaced out nicely friendly staff . hand sanitizer in reach went you entered the shop. good shopping experience .
A good range of items but to many trousers and not enough skirts. Nearly always come out with something.
Very helpful staff checked stock in store and offered to order it online for me.
Always find the staff friendly and very helpful, buy most of my clothes from there as I like the quality of their goods.
