Great shoes for some inexpensive prices. Large range of sports wear and lots of various sports catered for. Additional The right foot of a pair of Karrimor KSB Aspen low 6 weathertite trail boots became defective after just three months the sole was beginning to come away obviously not of merchantable quality. Thankfully I had kept the receipt and an exchange was completed without any issues at all. Extremely happy with their customer service in this regard. I would for this reason be happy to shop there again. Not sure what would have happened had I not retained the receipt though. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS as it makes everything so much more straightforward if issues arise.

Counter staff personnel was grumpy, complaining about being too warm, hence lacking customer services skills, ie unfriendly, no eye contact, spent 70 squids, and left feeling brushed off.

Had items to exchange, which some shops make a fuss about but the staff were very helpful, curtious and knew exactly what they had to do ie. no nonsense over the sorting of paperwork. Only one problem, parking can be difficult as it is a busy street without enough spaces put aside for disabled shoppers.

Visited sports direct yesterday Thursday 8.8.2019 at around 2.15pm and asked a mature sales lady if she could find me the matching shoe to the one I'd taken of the shelf .... So off she went with the shoe I gave her to find its match .. and.sadly, that's the last l saw of her and the shoe ... WHAT A STORE ! ... I guess she had something more pressing ... Contemplating the universe perhaps ? ...... Thought I'd better leave as Friday was fast approaching !

Great place for sports wear and other attire plus it's good with prices.

Sale offers same as before shutdown but big q outside and other customers seemed happy

If staff spent as much time serving as they do talking to each other it would be great!

They say is open till 9pm. 2 times i was there and was closed after 6pm. i come from Dunganno, lose my time and fuel. disappointed
