Advertising issues wich can be confusing and misleading as well. Tryed to buy some socks todsy but...two for 9 men socks can not be mixed with two for 9 women socks. This is what the shop assistant told me. Socks are socks. It seems that they got some mix and match advertising problem. I left the shop very dissapointed. Just be aware at their sentenceing.

Bought a few clothes for my son to try on at home. Despite having kept quite a lot, they wouldn't refund the returns, credit note only. They really need to look after their customers better.

I dont write reviews too often but being a regular customer of sport direct what happened in this few weeks especially today, has forced me to write it. I have recently move to this area and This particular sport direct shop in Folkestone, I found it quiet unwelcoming. Especially the boys and girls so called staffs are not helpful at all. They are very straight forward in a rude manners and behave as not wanting to help at all. they are not approachable and lack the customer service ethos. I feel so uncomfortable and will never go to that place again.
