A fantastic department store in the heart of Folkestone. Huge variety of many sorts of essentials with great offers around. The cafe being brilliantly run by the same people for several years which gives it a personal (appreciation) touch. Must visit!

Music too loud, rude unhelpful older female member of staff in homewares. No savoury food left in restaurant and only a few cakes left at 4pm. Staff were vacuuming and scraping chairs on floor whilst we had our coffee and cake. Not a good experience with noisy cleaner and loud music. Nice staff In restaurant. They also think music is too loud. Good choice of clothing and we did pick up a few bargains.
