While shopping today, I was seeking advice on the use of moulded football boots versus blades. After speaking to three members of staff, none of them were able to give any indication as to which type of boots are more suitable for a soft football pitch. When the shop is selling boots in excess of £80, I would have expected the staff to have some degree of expertise in this area. The staff at the store, however, merely recommended that I 'look online'. That's a good idea actually, and I will also likely make a purchase from an online retailer as well. Time to invest in your staff Sports Direct.

Decent store that offers a relatively good range of products. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the shop is quite small.

Staffed by ignorant teenagers. After standing with a shoe in my hand for 10 minutes I gave up. The staff look at you then turn around and run. I will not waste my time again

Great stock, biggest problem is accessibility for prams, lift is slow and store is tight. But staff are always available and helpful
