Amazing staff, they are so friendly and will do anything to help. Lynne (M?) (with the glasses) in the food hall is an absolute asset to the store, she is wonderful! She is so approachable and very helpful, and in my book the best staff member they have. Great job everyone! From the lady that has an impressive bag for life collection. ;) xx

This is one of their many city/town centre stores albeit a smaller one.
 It has the usual clothing area as well as the the great food hall where you can get some cracking deals & most people avoid them believing they are pricey.
 But when you consider the quality in the meal deals or 3 for £? then they actually do better than most mainstream fooodstores.
 It's always busy & again it attracts customers of a certain age group

M&S is a lovely store to visit. Amazing meal deals and the staff are friendly kind and helpful. I rate it 5 Stars.
