The officials in the shop are friendly and I love all sports direct shop nationwide. But I’m sick and tired with surprise for receiving a carpark charge after spending a good quality time with mrs there shopping. What on earth. How dare they charge parking on a sports direct carpark. Im very disappointed. The 1 start is for parking and not for the shop.
I absolutely agree with all the reviewsnCouldn’t find the parking pay machine !nNo staff I had to go look for someone and not happy I did !!!!nAnd In the end they gave me odd numbered crocs that are a Christmas gift for my Grandson in Guatemala …. Never would have thought that was customer service terrible!!!
Sadly, the worst Sports Direct I've ever visited.nnNothing wrong with the staff, they were all awesome and very helpful but the building looked like a disused warehouse, the car park was apparently paying and display but could I find somewhere to pay? Nope.nnThankfully, there are plenty of other reasons to come to Retford.
Staff were so lovely, friendly & helpful. I was VERY disappointed at the lack of protection for the staff, the screens only covered around the till area & didn't cover enough to protect the staff member or the customer. Working for the NHS myself, I won't be popping in again until feel safe to do so.
This is fairly large store for a small town. It has a wide range of sports and leisure items at reasonable prices. There is car park outside but there is a camera and you have to buy your ticket no later than 5 minutes from arriving, otherwise you'll get fined.
