Went in on the off chance and got what I needed straight away. Very good service and cheap too.
The lady in the shop was very helpful. Had a bed and carpet delivered yesterday. Brilliant service from start to finish. Thankyou
Initial contact good and very helpful on supplying and fitting carpet. Explained on purchasing carpet needed it to be robust and hardwaring as going into a rental property. Was assured this was the case . 6 months later the carpet is fraying badly on both sets of the stairs in the property on the downward part of the steps. Asked a couple of independent people to review and feedback was the carpet shouldn’t deteriorate so badly so soon and there view was the carpet is not fit for the purpose it was sold. Approached Wilson’s who sent out someone to view and promised a call back Monday and no call. Initially told they would resolve without problem. Today told they are washing there hands and dispute there is a problem with the carpet. They are claiming overuse by tennant which is ridiculous considering the property was left in good condition. Also if this was the case the wear problems would be on the flat area of the steps. I am now going to take this up with local trading standards. I was planning to use my normal Company in Sheffield Pyramid Carpets who have excellent customer service and I have never had a problem in 20 years with but thought I would give Wilson’s a chance as local. Have to say I am appalled by there approach. Great company if all you want to do is buy a carpet but don’t expect any help if you have a problem later down the line.
Fantastic shop.. Rick is a great guy, nothings too much trouble. Carpet fitter came out on time and did a fab job. Would definitely recommend this place. Will definitely be going back
