Went in to purchase a pair of trainers and 2 pairs of joggers, ask staff for assistance and they did just that helped us make the right choice for us and not expensive. Because of the store layout it is not buggy friendly but a good choice of small sporting items to choose from.

Poor customer service. Been in to purchase trainers on more than once, all times we’ve had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to support in getting sizes out of storage - whilst the shop is not busy. Ended up leaving without having purchased anything this time round as got fed up of waiting.

Horrible customer care service when ordering through their website. They literally ignore you.
