Compliment time...i woukd like to say a HUGE thank you to Lauren Jackson ( I've since found out her name) for her help on Friday 15th December 2017...I asked a young lady for help as I could not find the item I was looking for unfortunately neither could she, she had a look on her tablet only for me to tell her I needed it for that night!!! I thanked her and carried on browsing. 2 minutes later she found me and handed me a similar outfit to the one I had been looking for and took me to where she'd found it and continued to look with me.  I feel Lauren should be recognised for going out of her way to help me even though she was busy.

Even thought states opening time as being 10 o clock on a Sunday I had to hang round for half an hour until anyone could serve. I can't find anywhere that states this. Not to anyone wanting to quickly pop in leave it half an hour on Sundays

They advertising 20% off for students in their miss selfridge section but giving only 10% off! I have noticed that on my receipt and came back to ask why...they said it's 10% off now and that shouldn't be advertised.. They haven't even apologised!  I came back few days after and the 20% off discount was still there!
