Was recommended Splash from a colleague for quick good quality haircuts. Went in after a shift today and was greeted by receptionist and sat down quickly for a cut, can’t fault the customer service. But the quality of haircut I received was awful. I asked for just a back and sides, simple taper/fade, nothing crazy. And was left with a harsh line high up on the back, and the line isn’t even straight! See pic I’m sure it’s luck of the draw with the barbers and had I been with someone else I would have been fine, but I expect to be able to walk in to a salon and entrust that any barber will do a good job. Didn’t even trust that they could fix the problem they caused so I’ve now got to go to another barber and pay again to have someone fix their mess!
I had a really good experience here. The staff were really friendly, they greeted me and the stylist assisted me straight away! I showed him the sort of colour I wanted and he was really helpful, picked out a good option for me, and did a great job! I love my new hair colour and I will definitely be back soon! Fantastic salon for really reasonable prices.Service: Hair coloring
This place is amazing! The staff they are so polite and professional. Starting from the lovely girl at the reception and following the amazing Emma that she is absolutely brilliant with hairstyling and colour! I did highlights and I can say they were the best ones I ever had by mile! And trust me I did many! Ask for Emma and you won’t regret it!Services: Hair coloring
It is a nice place. The receptionists are friendly, and the employees are helpful. In my opinion, the stylist/therapist needs some more training in dealing with African hair. I had to give a lot of instruction to get the right cut. However, you do get a decent haircut for the price, and there is good availability.
Went yesterday for an hair cut, I received nothing of what i asked! My hairstylist had 6 years experience and i don t know how is possible to receive an haircut that bad!! Maybe was just my hairstylist, but I won’t recommend this place. Picture shows the gaps i have just in one side, other side same thing. I m not used to write a bad review, this time is really needed!!Service: Hairstyling
Joanna at Splash Soho was fantastic! Very welcoming and always full of great ideas and advice! She is very professional and knowledgeable. Loved the look created on both visits so far for cut & blowdry, colour, treatment. Would definitely recommend, excellent value for money and by far more affordable than any other London salon. Great service and experience.
I really have come to appreciate this place for its value. I've had my hair cut numerous times by different barbers over the past 4 years and I always come away satisfied. It's a shame about their staff retention as I always see new faces, but I think this is just an inevitable consequence of their business model. Big shout-out to Carl for being my guardian-angel! Thank you Splash!
This place is hit and miss. I’ve had amazing cuts from margarita I believe but the last one. “A low fade number 1” was an abomination. From a “ barber” called “K”. Zero blending or fading and now walking round like a mushroom!!! See photo!! Splash how do you expect me to Come Back after this? I hope you root out the awful barbers as it is dragging down your standards
Nipped in on Saturday for a wash and blow dry and asked for a trim. A trim! Was shown to a lady downstairs. She showed me how much she would trim from the back, which I agreed, and then continued to hack into the front of my hair. She gave me feathers. I am pretty sure no-one has had their hair feathered since 1998. She didn't even ask and just started cutting. The front of my hair was down to my shoulders and now its near my mouth, it's so short I don't know what to do with it. Just a reminder, all I asked for was a trim. It's the saddest thing. The hair cuts are cheap here but I paid the ultimate sacrifice in feathered hair. Tragic. Would perhaps recommended a hairdresser who has trained in the the last decade and knows that some trends should be left in the 90's.
I visit this saloon almost monthly. I am never met with anything but friendliness. The haircuts are comparable to any other barber but at an equal if not discounted price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, decent haircut
