Fraudulent Company! Avoid!!! I’ve delayed writing this review, hoping they would resolve the issue, but they have failed to do so after nearly a month. I visited on the 11th of June, an extremely hot day. Instead of performing a pre-wash, the attendant sprayed chemicals onto my car, resulting in permanent marks on the bodywork. The photos clearly show a spray pattern that dried into the plastic panels due to the heat and lack of rinsing beforehand. I contacted the owner, who initially seemed genuine and acknowledged that the damage appeared to have occurred at the car wash. He promised to review the CCTV footage and get back to me. Believing this would be sorted out, I waited, thinking the marks could be polished or buffed out. However, days and weeks have passed without any response. His initial concern was evidently a lie, and my repeated attempts to follow up have been deliberately ignored. I have been a regular customer here for years, but I will never return. Mistakes happen, and I could have overlooked the damage itself, but the manner in which this business has handled the situation is deeply disappointing. Their false pretence of concern followed by complete disregard is telling. If you want a business that values its customers and does not deceive them, take your business elsewhere. If they can not own up to their mistakes and at least attempt to resolve a dispute, they do not deserve your trust.
I’ve now taken my car in twice, and had superb service each time. Had a full valet carried out a few weeks ago, and had a mini valet done today. Excellent job both times - thanks very much, I’ll be back again!
First time coming here was rushing back home but needed a mini valet so came a cross seeing this place honestly could not say how much I appreciate Macho left my car sparkling shine car no issues took care of my needs. Please if you on a rush this service is the best thank you guys keep up the work. Thx Garry
Very happy Didn't have long wait for mini valet £20 which I thought was cracking price. Staff all helpful throughout visit. I had to leave my car mid wash as my dog was panicking, were understanding, same when trying get her back in. Car looks great inside, outside & also smells clean. Overall I thought smashing service/value for money. I'll definitely use again, would take me hours to get as clean, no more car DIY for me. Open 24/7, easy main road access, toilets & waiting area. Recommend

Very poor service, they need to change the workers. I pay £25 for mini valet service today but they didn’t clean my car properly as they need to do, I am not happy with service. I think if someone paying you for work then they need to do work as his expection. I recommend to everyone don’t go there.
Really disappointed with the service tonight as they are usually “good enough”. We had to wait over 45 mins for a Mini Valet on a small hatchback. Throughout the wash there were multiple times where the guys would stop working to talk to their friends and laugh over the car while leaning on the car door. I’m never big on leaving 1 star reviews but after seeing the work that was carried out I just had to. £20 for what looks like just a basic car wash on the outside.
Great job, got the mini valet for £20 and well worth it! Good staff, not like most other places, thumbs up will be back again

Got a mini valet today. The guys did a great job. They worked on the interior extensively and cleaned absolutely everything thing leaving the car smelling fresh and clean.
