Went to wash my car there - mini valet. Supposedly got the interior cleaned but the workers didn’t even clean anything inside. When I asked if he has properly cleaned the interior, the staff rudely answered to me. Exterior was okay. But the 3 guys who were doing the interior didn’t even clean anything but just sprayed the surfaces and left the interior as it was. My rubber mats were stained with mud, it wasn’t cleaned at all. They just sprayed my seats, dashboard and even the floor mats with the cleaner - didn’t even wipe it off. They didn’t even take 10mins to do the interior. The car was handed to me in wet condition. When i asked to wipe off - the person asked me to do polish which doesn’t make sense as I just bought my car a month ago. Not recommended

Avoid this place!! Lazy and rude staff—honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any car wash in Glasgow.  I brought my car in, and they literally washed it in 2 minutes, just using the pressure from the jet wash. Nobody even bothered to hand-clean the car after spraying it with washing liquid and other chemicals.  But that wasn’t even the worst part. I was getting a mini valet, and when I got out of the car, I noticed the alloys were still dirty, just as they were when I arrived. I pointed it out to the two guys doing the valet on my car, and one of them said, “It’s ok, I clean,” and proceeded to wipe it with the same cloth they used to clean the interior of my car. I asked them to wash it properly because the brake calipers and inner parts of the alloy were still filthy. He got annoyed, cleaned one wheel, left the other three untouched, and told me to take the car back to the beginning of the wash to get it done there. So, I had to go through the whole process again, waiting in a big queue.  When I got to the wash for the second time, the staff asked why I was back. I told them to look at the alloys, and they admitted it hadn’t been done properly. One of them told his colleague to give them a clean, but as other cars were being washed nearby, cleaning chemicals were flying onto mine again. I asked if they could wash the whole car to remove any chemicals sitting on the paint, but they ignored me and only cleaned the alloys with the jet wash again. They didn’t bother to hand-clean them.  I gave up and went back to the valet bay, where they were supposed to chamois-dry the car. But they had already taken another car in, so they sent the same guy who was supposed to clean my alloys. He quickly dried my car in 30 seconds, gave me a thumbs-up, and said it was done. I didn’t want to argue, so I let it go and decided to leave, after nearly an hour.  Now for the funny part: I could’ve left without paying. The staff were so clueless that they didn’t even ask me for payment. I had to remind the guy that I hadn’t paid yet. At first, he thought I was being rude or asking for a better drying job because of the language barrier, but then he realized I was trying to pay for the awful job they did.  I waited another five minutes while he went to speak with someone about the payment amount. Before I left, I told them I wouldn’t be coming back because of the terrible service, and they just smirked and gave me a thumbs-up again.  When I got home, I checked the alloys one more time. Surprise, surprise—they still weren’t cleaned properly, even after two washes. See the photos for yourself. Should’ve just left without paying. What a joke!

First time visiting Dr wash based on the Google reviews and would highly recommend. My car was full of dog hair and hadn't been washed internally for over a year..I got the full internal valet service and honestly the team couldn't have done a better job. It was as if my car was brand new just put a show room..highly recommend and will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

Left a car with them last night to clean came back after 1 hour charged 18£ and here it is two Romanian boys in the car wash not even clean properly very disappointed 2nd time never coming back not worth anymore. I have been using this car was for long time but not good any more. Not recommended at all now.

First time visiting dr wash, place was nice, clean, organised and had great customer service especially the supervisor Zahir. He was kind and showed me around. I would recommend and definitely come back.

I’ve had such a bad experience in this place, I went in to get my car washed as normal but when I went back home I have seen that the paint came off. I went back in straight away to speak to someone and they just to me to send an email with what happened to the Owner. Sent him and email and he replied without even saying who he was and what his name is. I have dash cam in the car and I told him that I can seen in the dash cam that the guy with the pressure washer was come wayyy to close to the car with it. He said that he can’t see it can’t help me. Unfortunately I am taking legal action against them as I was borrowing the car and mistakes like this should be dealt with not just ignored.

Always been there for our car however service is going downhill. Went today and several areas were missed. They also sprayed polish inside the car it s full of little dot now as they did not bother to wipe after spraying. Just not acceptable for the price paid. Won’t be back! See pictures after supposed wash?! If you call this a wash then clearly there is an issue with your service. Shocking.

**DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!** First time using this place and will never go back. I asked for a mini valet, left the car, came back over an hour later and I could tell they had rushed it. They hadn't sealed the car with wax, but worse than that, my car was not clean! The boot had not been hoovered properly and there were flecks of white all over the paintwork. When I brought this to their attention I was told that "it was already like that" and by another worker "it's inside [the paint]". I sat down and said politely I wouldn't leave without a clean car. The main guy who had washed my car - his attitude changed in an instant. He was huffy, rude and even threw something across the garage! I felt threatened by his behaviour and was glad that I had a female friend there to support me. All of the workers were gathering round the car talking & laughing amongst themselves and obviously about us. A terrible experience, a waste of time and money and awful customer service! They do not treat women with any respect.

I have been here many times before and I had originally left a good review, which I’ve now deleted. I went in for a car wash and valet, my car was washed in a very rushed manner compared to how it used to be done previously. I then waited for my valet…whilst waiting I noticed a man getting his car valeted by a group of around 4 men, a woman was waiting to get her car done before me, when it was her turn, they guy managing sends one young guy to wash her car, he takes 5mins and her car is finished whilst this other man is getting his car cleaned by several people and they take a good 15 minutes or so cleaning his vehicle. When it’s my turn, I get around 3 guys cleaning my car and it’s done in 5mins, whilst I’m waiting for my car to get valeted I also get told to go and wait inside, I didn’t want to do this as wanted to see how well they cleaned it, they did a rubbish job. Definitely felt because I was a woman, my car valet was rushed and done carelessly, whereas the male got preferential treatment. I will not be coming back again, you have lost a loyal customer. My back car seat was left with stains and the inside was left with marks from the spray that was used, I have attached pictures. Whoever is in charge really needs to look at how their employees are working when they aren’t around, because it’s an absolute joke now. I had to go back home and re-clean the interior of my vehicle myself

Absolutely clueless and disgusting service. Guys washing have no interest at all for even doing the basics. See pics. £7 for that! Joke
