A museum I like to visit on a regular basis, as I always find something new and interesting. A great variety of exhibits, indoors and out. Visit in the winter time to enjoy a quieter time but warmer months are best because the outdoor exhibits can be enjoyed better at this time. 2018 is a great year to visit the museum as it is the 100th anniversary of the RAF.

Good cafe with a very large selection of well cooked and presented main courses and puddings. Excellently restored Spitfire and Hurricane aircraft plus many more historical exhibits. Soon to including the spitfire simulator, which when it's up and running in April will make a very good addition. Staff very friendly. A must to visit and enjoy.

Excellent place to visit to learn about World War II history. Free although donations are appreciated. Good for responsible kids.

Great collection, the restored Spitfire and Hurricane are both incredible. Volunteers are friendly and full of information and personal anecdotes. Well worth the visit!

It's free! Free to park too. Run by volunteers, some great artifacts and lots of information. A joining cafe is lovely too. Two Battle of Britain aircraft housed inside museum. Donations great fully accepted.
