I love it here. Beautiful country-side location. The gym's a bit titchy, but there's usually hardly anyone in it. The pool and area are great - both warm, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sun-loungers. It's like being on holiday. The staff are nice. Perhaps it's a bit scruffy but that only adds to it's charm! My only complaint would be the out-of-action steam room, which has been that way for a while now.

Our. First. Time. At. Spa day as it was a birthday treat for my mum. Burnt. Leg in sauna as no gaurd on it had eye brow treat ment ended up with no eyebrows also my sister. Had a back massage and. Ended up with a bruise as woman was too rough told. Staff about burns on legs. They just laughed.

Turned up to have a swim and Sauna, however was told you are a members only club and you don't "normally" offer day passes. I don't know if we went to the wrong place, but Bosworth hall website suggests it's a £4 session fee for adults with no contract required. I think they may be separate businesses, however there was no suggestion that we may have made this error just turned away. Not very good customer service at all and quite ignorant to this.
