I cannot recommend Mat enough to people. I have had a bad back with knots and a stiff neck for many years now, not only from stress and tension but also from working at a desk. Since having regular treatments from Mat I feel so much better and can't thank him enough. I can move more easily, my headaches have reduced and I am sleeping better. Out of all the physios and massage therapists I have seen, Mat has definitely worked the best for me. I highly recommend his business! :)

I had suffered with sciatica for 3 months, kept going back to the doctor's for different pain relief. My friend at work had been to see Matt with her very painful bad back, she highly recommended him he'd worked wonders on her back and was pain free, so  I booked an appointment. On the Saturday afternoon I had  1 hour of deep soft tissue massage, went home, had a lovely warm bath and rested. On Sunday morning I couldn't believe it I was virtually pain free. I was so happy I messaged Mat to tell him. I have a very busy life with a home, family, going to work,  dogs and a horse, it's been wonderful to get on with my life with out taking lots of painkillers. Mat is a very knowledgeable, kind and sympathetic person, l can't thank him enough, I would highly recommend him and have done so to every one I meet.

Highly recommended! Sorted all the bits that hurt and even discovered and sorted some areas I hadn't realised were hurting!

I've had a few soft tissue massages now and the improvement in movement and reduction in pain has been unbelievable, highly recommend!
