The food is fantastic but the service has totally put me off using them again. We ordered food online at the back of 7pm for collection at 19:40 my fiancee called to make sure the order went through and the gentleman said it will be be ready at 19:55 I arrived at 19:58 only to have to wait around for another 20ish minutes. Defo wont be using them again which is a shame because I love the food but really hate having to stand about a pub waiting longer than I expexted.
Just received our first delivery from here. Arrived before the time specified. The food was delicious, it was piping hot, the portions were big aswell. The delivery guy hung around until he knew we received our order due to the social distancing and was friendly. Will definitely order from here again. Thanks
This used to be my favourite place to order from. Their food was always amazing and great for the price. However after the terrible customer service I received last night from the very cheeky man taking food orders I will not be ordering from them again. I was left a very rude voicemail by one of the staff because the driver couldn't find my house, I spent ages waiting on my take away and told the man a million times the driver was not here and he must have the wrong address to which he responded with a very rude voicemail. It was very rude and just not a way you would speak to a customer. Never mind leaving a message like that. Shame as they have lost a loyal customer.
Used the app to order the family meal deal. So easy to use, received a call to confirm my order, food arrived within 40 mins. Great value for money. Food very tasty will defo order again. Many thanks
I placed an order at 7.50 pm , at 10.00 pm still not arrived so I then spent around 25 min trying to get through to them When I did manage I was told the address I had given was the wrong address and was drive and not road , I assured them that after 37 years In my house I would know my own address I was informed then it would be 20 min , after ANOTHER 45 min still NO food ... AVOID at all costs , even lied saying they had tried to call me when in fact I hadn’t given them any number to call
I love the food but I wish they had their own premises only downside for me is going into the pub to pick the food up but apart from that 5 star
Normally first class service and quality of food but disappointed this weekend that there was no piita bread included with our order to accompany the excellent kebabs. Hopefully, just a one-off slip.
Got a burger and they forgot my 2 Chilli sauce which I was ment to get with it for the second time, then when phoned back I got challenged to a fight by the person on the phone I'm absolutely disgusted by this as we have been a good customer for the last 2 years , I really hope no one else gets this experience of this
Good and friendly place to eat food amazing top marks best munch boxes in the whole of Scotland I know cause I've tasted them all recommended
Food is either delivered far to late or when I order on just eat for a set time it was ready 20 minutes early. I thought it was a set time for a reason. Disappointing as i love the food.
