The website is bogus. No links work at all the pay online when you try and get hold of customer service no one is there..the phone number will not take any calls. No one responds on emails. This is a bullying tactic of forcing you to pay penalties!!

I was unable to get anyone on customer service when I needed assistance.  They only offer an email response in days. Really not helpful.

Probably one of the most easiest car parks I've used in a long time!! No app to down load, register, confirm password etc, no fiddling around at a machine with complicated instructions although you can pay and display if tou want Just rcpparking website, input your reg and pay, job done!! Plenty of parking daily!

Been a customer of RCP since 2014 renting an underground parking space in central London.  Unfortunately the administrative side of the business for regular customers leaves a lot to be desired and the payments mechanisms and website don't work well enough to get responses, and they are uncontactable when needed.  I understand that Covid may have impacted them negatively in terms of responsiveness, but there have been issues from the start.  The one positive is the cost for parking is great given the location when I can access my space, assuming that the regular payment is taken on time - which on a number of occasions has been the problem!.

Couldn't use app for parking, had to phone. Best to take change, quicker and easier. Pointless trying to introduce phone payments until all networks are covered with at least good 4G signal.

Easy to park and bus service to airport was very prompt.

This carpark need the big pot hole at the entrance filling! It would also help if they created proper parking spaces. Not only would they gain more parking spaces, it would stop cars parking anywhere, leaving too much space between cars. It's a free for all & the day will come when you pay in advance & can't park!!

Charged me £60 even though I paid for a full day of parking. Money didn’t go through straight away because of their online system and in that time I got a ticket. Declined my appeal where I explained how that is entirely out of my control. Just extremely frustrating considering it wasn’t my fault ??
