The driver turned up 10minutes late and with a huge sense of rush. The cab was very dirty and smelly, we had to knock a lot of food off the seats before we sat down. He was agitated during the whole journey and snappy when we answered and questions. We paid cash and expected £5 change but he drove off without it. The whole journey felt like we were an inconvenience to him. Will never use this company again.

Absolutely disgusted with this firm. I went to the cab office at Bromley north station to order a taxi for my mum to collect her from home to come to the taxi office where I was. I Was told she had a 15 minutes wait, after 50 minutes later and continuous talks with the dispatch control guy the taxi was still not there to pick my mum up. Apparent problems with the system. Had to tell the man to use his initiative and speak to the driver over the radio instead of using the system, which of course worked and the driver arrived. Would of been alot quicker to walk. I wish I could literate how angry I am from there incompetence and lack of sympathy. I WILL NEVER USE THIS TAXI FIRM AGAIN, WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Booked a cab to go to the airport, and it arrived 30 min late. At the airport I had to run to avoid missing my flight. They are so irresponsible for overbooking slots. I called 6 times to check where the cab was, and everythne they said 1 min away. I don’t recommend using them!

A comfortable ride home. I left my phone in the car and they returned it to me the following day. Thank you Speedy cars!

Says what's on the tin. Speedy cars comes quick and very efficient Service. Superb Customer Service, with Drivers that have a good knowledge of the Area they cover.
