Total lack of customer service. On Monday this week i ordered a cab to take me to Heathrow airport. Apart from the fact that the cab was late, I also had an accident just as the cab was pulling out of my road. You would think that the driver would care about its passenger - but it was not the case. Nor they had the idea of calling the office to get me another cab. I had to do that and had to phone many times to ask where and when was the cab coming. Fortunately the nice bin man in my street came to check on me. I emailed to complain and this is what i got: 'I was very sorry to learn of your recent experiences which apparently fall well below our normal service standards'. Apparently - yes apparently i had an accident. Then i got threatened with legal action if i was to post about this on the internet. I am astonished and will never use them ever again. Shame they use to be very good.

I have never experienced such rudeness. All of the drivers now seem to be foreign with no manners or ability to speak or (conveniently) understand the English language apart from one lovey driver (drives a silver people carrier).

I booked a cab online and was quoted a price. I called them up to confirm the booking as I wasn't sure about the booking system and was told it would cost more - I said fine. On the day when the driver picked me up and dropped me off at my destination he told me to pay extra. What is this?.

Mine and my mother's experience of ACX is not of a very high standard since ACX took over 2 of our local cab firms, a large percentage of the drivers do not understand English as a language and are ride, and, will not pick up from the place requested by the customer especially when my mother is partially disabled! The call centre who book jobs in the evening also need to understand the importance of knowing and understanding the English language and what the customer is requesting.....I feel sorry for the older drivers that work for the company that have been Tuped over from the old local firm's as they were very good no wonder they are contemplating on leaving ACX!

Awful service with an incapable call centre manager who gets incredibly stressed. Waited 30 mins for a cab with 5 people who turned up after me getting in cabs before me... Not sure how that even works?!? Used to love this company when it was Tudor Cars but it has seriously gone down hill
