I got seen by Sandeep during my visit at Specsavers Dagenham. The whole experience was amazing. She spoke softly and explained things to me very well. She even helped me choose the glasses which would suit me best. Sandeep always had a great smile and took time to demonstrate the extras available for my new pair of glasses. Great atmosphere in the shop, it was very clean and the equipments used were wiped clean before use. All staff in the shop was lovely. Highly recommended.
Very good have good relationships with clients and efficient attends to customers quickly. Compare to others I have been to. Environment very tidy.kay attended to me and helped out with my glasses happy with the services. My family use the service
Very calm and reassuring, professional people friendly. Pity about the multistorey parking, it's a nightmare to pay, especially if you are not technically minded like me. By the way you need a mobile phone there too.
This is the best place to be, we are treated with ultmost respect and dignity. I will recommend here to anyone anytime. Sabina and Kay are so patient and fantastic everytime I come here.I have been coming here for almost 8 years and everytime is a good experience. Always happy with the service. The store is always tidy and neat.

Specsaver Dagenham Heathway Mall - Brilliant customer service specially Raees provided me down to earth customer service. Raees helped me in choosing the best frame and assisted me in all process to make sure I am satisfied. They said it usually takes two weeks but my glasses done within 7 days. The staff kept following up for me and updating me about progress. Thank you very much Raees and all the staff for Brilliant and very professional customer service.
It's a nice shop staff is friendly. I feel the price is on the higher side and no discount there even for NHS staff. That should be something to be looked upon.
Excellent service from all the staff especially Richard who did my fitting and Kay who did the collection and went through everything with me. Staff had being so helpful and ensured I had at least one pair of my glasses before travelling. It's usually two weeks but my glasses done within 7 days. The staff kept following up for me and updating me about progress. Costomer service at its best Will recommend
Great staff all around! Honestly, been to lots of specsavers branches over the last 10 years and this is definitely one of the best!! I feel grateful that this one is my local one.
