Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Answered all questions with easy to understand responses.
No hard sell, but fully explained all options on offer. I had two pairs of good frames with most of the options but that was my informed choice. This branch can certainly sell the goods, but this is they listen and provide superb customer service.

Very attentive worker I had, I think she was called abbie, or something she was so understanding to my sight loss and the management too, opticians didn't have to see me because I was seen at the hospital for my prescription so I didn't need to be seen by one of theirs

Reluctantly went for hearing test. Hearing getting worse and worse and felt that the stigma of hearing aids and the view that it meant I was getting old, were easily dismissed by audiologist Christine. She put my mind at rest, made me feel confident about wearing the aids and most of all I could now hear. So to Christine and her assistant who was training for the Telford branch I say "Thank you" for excellent service, professional, thorough and a great result! Really glad I used Specsavers. I should add that I have no connection whatsoever with Specsavers or its staff.

Received both professional and expert service from Christine Smith upon purchasing new hearing aids that I can honestly say have changed my life for the best. Thanks again

Can be hit and miss, helpful most of the time but some staff do fail to help properly. Had a few issues with children's glasses being fitted correctly which sadly is still ongoing. Assistant manager is quite abrupt and condescending. Not at all customer focused.
