Great service, got me and my family out of a bad situation due to dodgy landlord and a broken boiler, no urgency in fixing it and would have rather my daughter freeze to death, but this guy saved the day. Thank you
DIYer replacing mixer tap in kitchen. New tap supplied with 3/8" tails and existing isolating valves are 1/2". Not sure how to resolve, spoke to Chris, very polite, patient and helpful. He also took the time and trouble to check stock availability and price from the tap manufacturer before offering a less expensive alternative solution. He also offered practical advice to prevent any damage being caused whilst fitting the new couplings. Absolutely first class customer service.
got charged £70 for immersion element that I could have got identical part from screwfix next day for £30. knew I was getting ripped off but didn't have time to argue go elsewhere and would have cost me more in time to rearrange job.
Great service, needed a saniflo urgently and they had one in stock. Cheaper than buying online. Would highly recommend.
