The eye test was fine and very professionally conducted. Reasonable service although the wait between each aspect of the visit could be shorter. To me the offer of buy one get one free is misleading. It only applies to the frames so any lens requirements cost extra and this wasn't made clear until I asked for a breakdown in costs. Over £400 for 2 pairs of glasses was a bit of a shock.

Good experience in store in Bletchley. They looked very busy and when I was seen the optician took time and care to understand my situation and explain the prescription I would need. Choosing lenses was hassle free and there were loads of styles I could select, I found a couple I liked almost right away. A week later my glasses were ready and I was able to even make a change to my order mid-way through the week. I am very happy with my lenses and frames and would recommend Specsavers to anyone else.

Very happy, lost my wallet not 30 minutes after leaving opticians, called with the knowledge I would likely be charged to email or send results in the test hour for me to drive back.  Agreed to waiver the fee on a 1 time basis, really appreciate it, thank you team

Dave the manager is the worst person to be managing the place he is running the place to the ground, I have had ongoing issues with my prescription, called him several times, I was promised a call back several times from Dave but he failed to call, I even got to speak to him once explained the issue and he said he will sort things out and call me back and that was few weeks ago and he never did. What dreadful customer service. And he is supposed to be the manager.

Can't get hold of your offices since Saturday 14th of Jan 2024 just ringing is phone plugged in???? Very frustrating to not get hold of you!

I never give bad reviews as I always think it is people being unrealistic but after many, many years of good service mainly at central MK branch I will no longer use Specsavers. Each time I visited Bletchley you waited ages and then after 3 attempts they have been unable to get my prescription right. I went to an independent optician that took about 3 times as long on they eye test and I now have crystal clear vision back. I raised a complaint privately but only got a fairly rude message back so felt compelled to give them the rating they deserve

We went today to get my husbands sunglasses and the assistant Freya was very polite and friendly and eager to help me as well with my spectacles that needed a nose pad as mine vanished she was very helpful and fixed my spectacles swiftly within minutes I wish we have more people like her in this world. Thank You xx

Visited Specsavers at Bletchley  after losing my only pair of glasses! Emma and the team could not have done more to help me, they were excellent and managed to get me a new pair in no time at all! Overall, first class. Thank you.

I've just been for my regular sight test. A marginal change in vision, but my optician, Shaf, rather refreshingly recommended that I stay with my current glasses. These were from the same store 3 years ago and are perfectly good and still in great condition. Shaf and his manager Alison also sorted me out witha pair of reading glasses and mot'd my existing pair. Im very impressed!
