Attended specsavers recently. They’ve upgraded their store which left me feeling very safe. I had an appointment and they were ready for me. The whole process was smooth even to selecting my new glasses. The gentleman assisting me was honest in his opinion of which ones suited and those that didn’t. Selecting the right glasses without company can be challenging. Very positive experience
Gemma helped me put my contact lenses on. Although I had a rough start she was very patient and encouraging the whole way, she deserves a raise.
Lovely attentive staff. Great display of frames in everyone's price range. Hygiene is very good here.
First time here and staff very helpful and friendly
The staff in this store are great. So helpful and friendly. My eye exam was completed by Martina very thoroughly. She was Professional and friendly and put me at ease immediately. I was helped with my glasses selection by Aisling. She was brilliant, found me a great pair of glasses. Wasn't afraid to tell me when we had an awful pair either. She done all the paperwork and measurements and got me set up in no time. Can't wait to collect them!
Great experience friendly staff
Excellent customer service today. Two lads in particular were very kind and attentive to me heavily pregnant and other customers with various needs. Was able to get appointment on the day. Was refreshing to witness such good customer service. Thanks lads!
Fantastic experience today at Specsavers Opticians. The staff were tremendously helpful with helping me choose which glasses to go for. I'm terrible with names but I really appreciated your help girls!
Great service,very good staff and very helpful
Range of frames available to medical card holders were not nice. Left with the feeling of being excessively manipulated. I will try to switch to another provider. Not using them.
