Minor injuries Clean, understaffed, needs security- I was there last week and two teenagers started physically fighting and no security in sight leaving nurses to have to leave their positions helping injured people to go to stop a physical fight in reception were there were children present needing protecting- needs security asap! This was 11am in the morning on a Thursday

I am a refugee from Ukraine. My son broke his finger recently. We went to the minor injury department. A NP Helen Byrne helped us all the way through, she explained the problem and took care of it. Also she calmed down my son, who was really scared to be in a hospital. We are under impression. Thank you so much.

Nurses are amazing, so nice thoughtful and caring.

I had an operation last Monday and I was very nervous and the team that looked after me went above and beyond  such caring staff.

Cervical check is an absolute joke. Women, go privately your health must be worth that!, abroad, or don't go at all, but avoid this shambles of an Irish service, it's motives and methods highly questionable at this stage.

I was told the procedure would last for 10min in total  was 30min never thought it would be so painful, 3 of the nurses were nice until the last one came and told me I was screaming and scaring others that came for same treatment, how on earth would I hold such a pain while my eyes were wide open it was like  my cervix was been rosted like a Christmas chicken not even a single empathy she made me feel like it's was all my fault going through the pains  really sad now am having cramps and discomfort peeing, the 2 star is for the nurses who atleast show some concerns, my first time experience with lletz treatment is hell.

Fantastic team of doctors and nurses, such a friendly bunch.
