The food was shocking not presentation not what was described in the menu not garnish or side dressing that was advertised on the menu. The mixed grill was absolutely disgusting steak over cooked sausage over cooked if you like bbq then yes for you otherwise not good start ets no garnish not dips had to ask for .. very very sad and not worth the money.. new chef needed ASAP..!!! On the other hand the staff are great think they just put up feel sorry for them!!! Thank Olivia for dealing with our food the service you gave the friendly understanding the professional manner you deal with all this upset .. we drink in here quite a lot so so disappointing food. We booked a 21st family birthday. Had the steak and ale pie and was upset to find a nasty piece of whatever it was in the meal. An unfortunate family that were there for a wake and buffet ended up sat near us and they must have felt as awkward as we did.Food: 3/5
Food was poor, Burger was bland and I asked for a medium rare streak and it came very well done. I would have asked for it to be changed but we had to be somewhere else. The kids said they enjoyed their food. We wont be returning as there are far better places around for the price I paid.Food: 2/5
My experience was great here. My steak meal, which I had ordered, was cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent. I was taken out for a meal as a thank-you reward for volunteering. My Rocky Road sundae was delicious, too, although I wish I should have asked for extra chocolate sauce and Marshmellows on top as they had made their way underneath my ice cream, but either way, it was delicious. It's great for a meal for all occasions, but note that children do have to be off the premises at a certain time.
Tables are always sticky, we had to ask for a cloth and wipe our table. Breaded mushrooms could have done with a plate as they were hard to eat out the bowl. Food is nice good menu and great bar drinks choices. Angel is plesant serving us you have nice staff. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu?
Brand new experience. Left very happy. My brother has a dog with separation anxiety and we were able to celebrate my mums birthday with him as you were able to accommodate his dog without us being left outside. Very happy with the experience and likely to come backFood: 5/5
Went to lunch with my wife and daughter, we were greeted immediately as we went in. I placed a food order online on my phone and it worked well. Staff were really friendly. Food came quickly and was really nice. A big thanks guys!Food: 5/5

As a frequent visitor I would like to say I find the service and value for money excellent with a great choice of food. Chelsea usually serves us in early evening and is always fantastic, friendly and engaging and remembers my order! I came in mid day today at the start of my hols and was served by both Becca and Jodie who were equally as friendly and efficient. Thank you girls! For a family friendly good value pub restaurant I highly recommend. X
Food was amazing, thank you Tom and Alex! Lovely service from Emma and Lauren! So friendly and genuinely nice people. We come here often, it's dog friendly which is a selling point for us! Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options and a lot of variety so it's not all the same things!
