Sparkhill Park is one of the biggest parks in the Birmingham area. Lots of green space to walk around. It consists of a children's play area surrounded by lush green trees. It also has a football, basketball and cricket net. Several benches to sit on and relax. The most beautiful part of this park is nature itself which is always in bloom. Watching pigeons, crows and some naughty squirrels is also a joy in itself, especially for kids, who like to chase the squirrels.nThis place has enough car parking space, surrounded by Sparkhill pool and fitness centre, Saint John's School.nThe only thing that is lacking is a Public Restroom. That is a shame, no restroom for such a big park area and the fact is it always remains busy . The local authority needs to look into this matter at least that will stop people from answering nature's call near the woods.
Very nice park with great play area for kids. Only issue is the bins are always full to the brim and there's litter everywhere so sad that such a nice space is so poorly looked after
The park is absolutely lovely. It's quite big, and has ample benches to sit and soak in the sun.nnLots of squirrels, crows, and pigeons to look at. It has a small gazebo at the centre in which you can take shelter in when it rains.nnIt also has a children's play area with swings, slide etc.nnBeautiful park. Although it's a pity some people litter all over it. But overall great experience.
Another great walk around the park. All amenities are located within the park as outlined below. Although not picnic time, I believe the park will make a great place to picnic with family in the summer time
Beautiful Park for Morning walk playing area for kids. Beautiful birds have its own car ParknnRubbish here and there, Bins were full , Bird feeding should be stopped there should be atleast one person to look after this park on daily basis. I'm giving 3 Star because it's not properly maintained .
