Just got back to my car where my 3 & 4 year old daughters where screaming & crying because it took me 7/8 mins to pay for my fuel, as one of the lady cashiers was talking to a customer who was 3 places in front of me about there night out last night and what music was being played at whatever venue they was at, so clearly the cashier and customer knew each other, I work in retail so understand the importance of engaging with your customers, but you don't do at the expense of other customers time. Or while other customers are waiting to be served, had it simply just been busy that is of course understandable. My girls were distraught and thought I'd left them there as I was so long. Tried calling to express my disappointment, but no one answered, which is also strange as there were at least 4 members of staff in there !!! I'll stick to the shell garages in future,
