Can't find where to review the actual post office side of spar, this is just a review the terrible lazy rude woman behind the counter. Utter rubbish, every single time I, or a family member has been in to the Spar to post something they are either on a 15 minute break, or you're waiting in the queue, and someone will come to tell you she can't serve you because she needs a 15 minute break. 100% will not be using the post office or Spar. If you want a no bother delivery service use Hermes/Evri across the road at lammimans newsagents. Strip them of their license or fire her.
Extremely good service at Spar. This plavee has some really great deals. Lots of unexpected products and special offers.
Not a big store, more like an express,not cheap either. More staff might be needed over bank holidays, due to queues
Ripped me off over 3 take away roast beef dinners. I'm local to Sutton on Sea and I made a complaint at the time of being served and when I got home. Some weeks later the store manager got back to me saying he would send me vouchers to the value of the dinners £14.97 and that the member of staff had been disciplined after studying the CCTV. One year later still no refund but I have noticed that the member of staff who screwed us over is no longer on the food counter. My advise would be avoid Spar and buy elsewhere there are plenty of food outlets in Sutton on Sea that will serve you value for money takeaways and treat you like a valued customer. There is NO option for zero stars hence the one star that I was forced to give.
Need to teach staff how to talk to human beings, no signs telling people were to que for deli but staff member shouting at everyone for blocking aisles and told us all to que outside shop. Disgusted!!! Was going to go back into shop for more items but not after that woman was so rude to everyone. I know its stressful at the moment but there was no need for her attitude.
Great spar shop, but not just this one i have a complaint about, it's all of them, check out this maths result, Last week you could buy one bottle of Newcastle brown ale for £1:45p now they have a special offer on Newcastle brown ale, buy two for £4:25p, correct me if I'm wrong, but in my opinion, that's a massive mark up, if you want to buy Newcastle brown ale from now on, please go to aldi or lidl, you won't get ripped off there.
Nice friendly staff and clean shop
Very good shop. Friendly helpful staff very welcoming. There's some good offers on and they have fresh bread from there bakery.
Breakfast food is always horrible. Bacon is hard and dry, beans are always dried out, sausages are disgusting and it costs a fortune
Great spa shop with great range from meat to hot food , staff always friendly and happy.to help
