I was in the store today and very impressed with how a member of staff dealt with an elderly customer, taking time to listen and ensuring all that the lady wanted was sorted, at all times treating the lady with respect.
Big range of items , hot food too
What a disappointment!nWent into this store for a chicken and nothing! If it's not a package dinner it's not there.nLack of choice other than Kelly's and who are they, what's their reputation for quality. No local butchers represented where reputation for quality is assured.nSuch a boring length of cold foods.nMust do better!
Fruit & Veg selection is poor as is the bakery, need some new exciting suppliers. Eggs need to be kept in a better place. Also seem to have loads of staff just nattering not doing any work.. why so many?
The Post Office, located there, is open on Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm. Which is convenient, if you're busy on Mondays. Also, the Hot Food counter is good.
