The post office is woefully understaffed. Just been in to drop off a returns parcel and got away lightly with only a 17 minute queue. Other times recently it’s been 30+ minute wait. Only ever one post office till open causing these massive queues. Often several elderly people queuing to access their bank via the post office.nnIt’s literally faster to drive to another town/village and drive back again.
Easily the Most rude staff I’ve ever come across in any convenience store
Was not impressed with the service I received this evening I said hello to the guy serving to be polite he ignored me just scanned my items did not even give me a price just waited for me to pay I then said thankyou and asked for a receipt again just handed me the receipt no smile or talking at all very poor service not impressed very poor service.
The SPAR is OK for groceries if Tesco's is closed. Some good deals on beer. The Post Office is one of the worst I have ever come across. Often long queues while one of the girls is doing paperwork rather than serving customers. Sometimes rude, at best an insincere greeting. They know all the excuses why they can't do things and make sure they tell you before reluctantly offering advice.
What.... a....Spar! I cannot believe the selection. I was served my milk with amazing service and I will return. The bread was in date..... and fresh. My letter was franked and sent on time and arrived the next day.n5 Spar Rating.
