Very saddened by the experience my 14 year old daughter had in the store sent her to the shop and as she was paying was approached by a member of staff asking if she had paid for the items and telling her if she checked the cameras would it show this ! She had in fact paid and had the receipts to prove this after she had asked to look in her bag which she had purchased from a different store which was not any of your stock what a great store to embarrass a minor on what grounds because she had a bag with her and went back to purchase another item absolutely disgusting!!!
Spar re-located its shop from 34-36 High Street in Coedpoeth to its new location opposite the Police Station in 2019. The store is larger with better refrigeration and efficiency ratings, and sells a surprisingly well stocked range of groceries/off license and conveniences. Parking is available for about a dozen vehicles including disabled spaces, and access for special needs is very good.
Always friendly staff, stays open late and on Sundays.
This morning had a very bad experience where the older lady behind the counter spoke to me very rudely I was only trying to pick a parcel but wont be sending there anymore. I had to leave the parcel behind because she stressed out and embarrassed me in front of other customers.
Extremely rude and unpleasant older lady working behind the counter. Multiple occasions she has been Extremely rude when posting parcels or collecting them. Other staff are lovely and have no issues with doing it
