I live in wakey and got told by my mates to come over there since it was a good shop. Little did I know the manager came up to me and spat on my face. I was traumatised and had to go for a ptsd scan in my local doctors. I hope this has not happened to anyone else. This is diabolical and "kerry" one of the workers spanked me because I have a wheelchair.
Great shop, great staff and decent selection of items for a smaller shop.
My wife had a problem as she thought with a payment taken out of her a/c. The staff who she spoke to on the telephone were very nice and helpful. She went into the store to speak to the manager a week later. The manager couldn’t help enough, and pointed her in the correct direction. What a helpful manager Sainsbury’s you should be proud of Mynydd ISA store and it’s staff.
got kicked out for not having enough money absolutely horrible experience even saw a guy getting mugged on my way-out by the manager. cheeky chap

Absolutely shambolic customer service, i got robbed on my way out the shop by the bloody manager cheeky get, all food i bought went off within 2 days, would absolutely not reccomend this hell hole of a shop
