Went in to buy 3 regular coffees for me and the family, got them ready to put a lid on top but unfortunately there was no lids. I spoke to a member of staff who was clearly uninterested in the matter and quite frankly rude. Unfortunately I had had to abandon my coffees and go elsewhere. Sadly this wasn’t my only issue, I needed to pump air using their machine but had no change when i asked if they could give change they were unable to do so. Overall a inconvenient trip.
Absolute mess, ordered a small ice cream cone and was gave a wee thing half a scoop not even. The guy running the ice cream stall had no uniform on and was extremely slow and not equipped with the strength to serve ice cream. Everything else was good
This highly useful gas station offers groceries, alcohol, sandwich & deli counters and more. The selection and prices are impressive - I was surprised to find pre-made vegan sandwiches & entrees in a region that doesn't usually accommodate.
Would not accept Danske Bank paper£20. Staff member said they were withdrawn 3 weeks ago by Bank of England. Rang Danske Bank they said this was rubbish. Can you please educate your till staff.
Unfortunately left money at ATM Sunday 9 am by mistake/phoned but no one interested / will not return !!!!
A spar on route to Newcastle, good quality petrol although can get packed quickly due to the lack of parking, could be waiting a while to fill up, off licence on site also.

Terrible staff , asked for change for their air machine as had a slow puncture, " we don't give change for that" . It's THEIR machine
