Poor customer service. One fellow waiting at the checkout with little hope of service. I eventually went and asked someone to serve us and was met with a disdainful look as if I was putting her out. At 9pm, they were more interested in stocking shelves than serving customers.
I hate bad manners. I never have any reason to complain about staff in lidle utill today. I had my thing on ready to go through. When another customer piled a full trolly infrot of my shopping and the staff member a male grey hair going bald pushed my thing back. I said nothing but I was furious. The staff member never looked at me or spoke to me on paying for my things. I never came across this before in lidle Newcastle as I shop there often.
The cashier didn't acknowledge me or make eye contact. He put my 4 items through with haste and yawned. I asked him was he tired. He then mumbled something. I asked him if he was talking to me. He said no, he was on an earpiece to someone else. So, I asked him his name.....he looked at me, smiled and said Josh
Guy at the till is an absolute goat he had short hair with a beard and glasses needs a raise
