My 87yr old Mum had her right cataract operation yesterday, with Mr Radford & the fantastic SpaMedica Team. The care, kindness, patience & surgical expertise was simply OUTSTANDING from everyone, starting with the Porter welcoming us & assisting with disabled parking drop off right thru’ to the reassuring Discharge Nurse. You all allayed my Mum’s fears & have convinced her to have her LEFT eye done too… & that’s a miracle! Thank you so much
I had my second cataract removed onThurday 3rd October, the staff were brilliant and the surgical room were great and looked after me ,even had the same same surgeon, brilliant from start to finish,I can not thank you enough, will definitely recommend you to relatives and friends..
Been today for my second surgery.nLovely environment with extremely friendly people. I’m a nervous anxious person when it comes to hospital atmospheres. But today I felt relaxed and calm, from all the pre surgery team to the theatre team and Mr Sing surgeon it was a great experience. Thanks everyone
Absolutely spot on!nSitting here and waiting for my mum to come out of her eye surgery....all I can say is that everyone is so friendly and incredible helpful.nYou feel welcome from the moment you step in until you leave the clinic. If I can name someone especially is Michael, the gentleman from the front door, who goes above and beyond with absolutely everyone, like patients, patients family members, collegues, delivery drivers etc....anyone who comes in his eyesight!nA big well done to Michael and all the SpaMedica team....I can't recommend you enough!!
After being treated at SpaMedica yesterday I can honestly say from my initial first visit I have never been anywhere else that treats you as good as they do. Everyone from the gentleman greeting you, the receptionists and all the nursing staff I was put at ease as they explain everything to you. I will be getting my right eye done shortly and certainly won't be as worried as I was yesterday. Thank you to eveyone concerned.
