Booked an executive car to take us to Manchester. The company understood what we needed, came on time, and had a clean Mercedes car on arrival. We had an enjoyable journey there and back with the company driver. We will be using them again in the future.
Usually have nice and friendly cab drivers with clean cars but I genuinely avoid using this cab company only use it when I’m desperate as there is an incredibly rude man working in the office named Hussain that makes you feel like they’re paying you to get their cabs and not the other way around. He is an extremely unprofessional, ill-mannered and abusive character. He is not qualified in any way to deal with customers. It is a shame that he’s the reason I avoid this company and direct many others to use other cab companies as well.
I recently used this taxi service, I was appalled by the driver’s aggressive behaviour & accusing me of doing something that I didn’t do which caused me to become tearful at the end of the journey. I believe his name is Hussain. If you are running a business, please learn how to communicate with your customers. I contacted the company to make a complaint and also to help the company that if they continue to treat customers like this, they will continue to lose good customers.I was informed that their manager will call me back. I never had a call back from their manager. This concluded that the manager showed not remorse of my concerns.
Was on time and as a female on my own with a male driver made me feel very safe and didn't leave until I was In my home , would definitely use the service again , could not ask for more. Very pleased.
Used this company last night. As a single woman on her own I was a bit dubious getting in a taxi. My driver Wass, was second to none. Very polite and professional! Would definitely use again!
I would say I have a brilliant female taxi driver for my 5 year old daughter to get her to school but there was a day in the afternoon a taxi driver that replaced her for one day after school and forgot to pick up my daughter and 2 other I know of that get the same taxi ended up panicking and as i didnt get an answer from the school either because all new to me my daughter getting a taxi I've always took my children to school other then that one time Brilliant taxi that's why not 5 stars at the moment
Rang about one of there drivers pulling out in front of me without looking in Sutton bridge and nearly causing a serious crash on the 17th October 2022 8:45. Bearing in mind the driver had school kids in car aswell, and there was school kids on pavement and bikes, when I rang all I got was abuse and bloke saying that's what insurances are for , he didn't have one bit of sympathy for the kids in car, absolutely disgusting manner over phone, and when I said what would of happened if I would of ploughed Into taxi with kids in it and there's was injuries, response was well insurance company's would of sorted it. Would not recommend at all.
My husband and I occasionally get a taxi with these guys when we eat out and find the drivers extremely helpful as my husband is disabled they make our journeys hassle free, would always recommend them
Left my earphones in one of the drivers called "baiba", white insignia vauxhall dl65 vxp, called it in, but the person on the phone didn't even bother listening, immediately said "we don't have anything" without hearing me describe it. Con artists. Avoid.
We don't use taxi's very often, but have always supported Spalding Taxi's when needed and for airport runs. Called at 23.22 on Sat evening to have the phone put down on me, then when I called back thinking it was a mistake, the gentleman proceeded to confirm that yes he had put the phone down, as I was wasting his time. I was quoted £35 from Gosberton to spalding with payment up front only, but then my hubby wasn't happy with the service and called Royal taxi's who came out within 20minutes and were very polite and courtesy and charged us £20. Won't use or recommend Spalding Taxi's again. Disappointing after using/recommending for so many years.
