After booking a disabled taxi 2 weeks in advanced for Christmas Day and being let down today, to say I’m disappointed is a complete understandment. Thankfully spalding taxis were very helpful and were able to book me a taxi for my 92 year old grandad to join us on Christmas Day. When I rang to complain to the lady on the phone, her apologies and the excuse this has been happening all day with advanced booking customers was poor. Smart cabs who are recognised a spaldings “premier fleet” should be disgusted with their customer service discipline. Think before booking and realise the only thing premier about the company is the price. Merry Christmas.

Total bunch of cowboys.left us stranded in Spalding as didn't turn up to go to the airport we had to phone around at 4 am to arrange to cars to take us nearly missed our flight. But add insult to injury coming back refused to do door drop offs and wanted more money. So beware if booking in advance for anything important.my advice is go elsewhere .
