I agree with everything that is said about this company. Although I have to say they have taken their goods back and I had a full refund. Nothing about compensation though, basically told me that my house insurance will cover it, so claim. This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and I’m no youngster. Advise anyone to go elsewhere. At least you won’t have the same problems that I’ve had. When they did come for the Appliances back , the one man Dale was actually polite. But his father , was very rude and argued with me that he should take his goods before giving me my money. Told me he hated dealing with women like me ? If there was an option for no stars, I would use it.

One star is way too much for this place. I've wasted too much time waiting for them. I've bought a fridge that's not working. The guy said they'll check it out the same day in the afternoon. Of course nobody came to fix it. And then I called them and the guy said he's gonna come the next day at 10 personally to fix it. Obviously he didn't show up and now we're stuck in a new place without a fridge for Christmas. Thanks a lot.

I bought a second hand fridge/freezer from Southport Domestic Appliances, 50 Ash St, Southport PR8 6JF. It was delivered but did not work, the freezer compartment would not freeze water to make ice. I contacted the shop, they said they would pick up the appliance and refund the money, £129 . 
They collected the fridge freezer two days later, I went to the shop and they went through the procedure of refunding the money on her bank card.
A week has passed and the money has not been added to our account.
Several visits and phone calls got me nowhere.

Avoid at all cost!!! Will take money and sell faulty goods.
Has left my retired parents with a dryer that doesn’t work.
Will not answer phone calls and refuses to give them a refund or a replacement for a working machine.
Con man.... please avoid 😡😡😡

I actually had to give you one star which i would never give you. So disappointed in this company bought an appliance a year ago and few problems with delivery but bought another appliance 3 months ago through the company i work with and i have been trying to get through to them for 3.5 weeks and not one person has had the decency to phone back i have also been to the shop 3 times and every time door has been locked, disgusted that i paid you nearly £300 for something that we cannot use. Pay the extra money and buy from a reputable company!!!!
