Not keen for business? I took my laptop to the guy for repair. He did some work, for free which was admittedly very nice, then said he'd be in touch when he had parts I needed to install them. Never got in touch. When I rang to follow up he again said he'd be in touch, but never got in touch. Also be aware this isn't a shop anymore, it's a guy in his house, and not the cleanest (cat hairs everywhere).

Have used this company a few times without any problems......however last week repaired my windows 7 but once I got the tower home within a day or two was switching itself off periodically. This had never happened before. I called on Monday morning having been told they now doo a collect and drop off service and that someone would collect it later that afternoon. I waited in all afternoon no one came or evan a courtesy phone call. Not happy will use another repair company from now on.

Waited two weeks to check a graphics card and then tried to collect it with cables missing and wrong screws in the back of the PC. Very abrupt on the phone and given the runaround with fixing the problem. Terrible.

Tried to do business with this company on two separate occasions. The owner always asked me to put my request in via email and assured me that he will reply the next day. On both occasions I have waited 2 weeks and no response. When calling up the shop to inquire about the order the owner was very impatient on the phone promised that he will reply to the mail by next day, but never lived up to his promise. I took my business to Another shop just a block away and they completed my order the next day; how it supposed to be done. Terrible customer service, rude owner, and incompetent business. 1 star don't do business with them.
