The doctors are very good, but a 4 week wait to see A doctor is simply ridiculous!

The practice itself is great but the palaver to get an appt when you need one is awful. Having to dial continously for up to an hour shows something is inadequate and I don't think receptionists need to ask you what your problem is. If people have issues about which dr they see there could be very good reasons for that and people shouldn't make assumptions about how badly you need to see a dr.
