They never answer the phones the best way to get an appt is to literally go in to reception and book there. I did find however if you can be bothered to go through all the hoops of registering on line you can then book an appt very easily on line. So much easier if its an appt you want.

You ring at 8.30 in the morning youd be lucky to get though after 3 hrs! Reception rude they think they own the surgury waited for over an hour when i finally went in the doctor said how are you? And i said my 1yr old hasnt been to good as shes allergic to milk,and she said that how i greet you not whats up with her all sarky could not believe it!! She then sais What up with her!!! How rude and contradicting! I asked for a non dairy milk and she insinuated that she would not be percribing it on percription as i can buy it like i was a freeloader so angry right now all i wamt is for my lil girl to be better the doctor was so rude and nasty will be getting another doctors the vets treat my dog better if you want a doctor with some compashion look else where disgraceful surgury and nasty staff!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Always incredibly helpful and relatively quick to be seen. Same day blood tests are very useful and readily available.

Had to see Dr Koh once as an emergency appointment, he didn't even bother to examine me, he diagnosed me just by looking at me apparently...needless to say i'd sooner die than see him as a patient again, he was rude, abrupt and arrogant.

Well run practice. Short waiting times for appointments. Good in c.q.c. inspection.
